For all the participants, there is a possibility to use a dedicated TAXI company. They charge a flat rate for traveling from the Prague airport to the Corinthia Hotel&Conference Venue or City centre for 500 CZK/car. For travels inside central Prague, there is a fixed price of 250 CZK/car. Each car can accommodate maximum 4 passangers. If you are interested to use the conference TAXI company, please, contact Mrs. Nikola Bürgelová at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The metro is the most used mean of public transport. The Prague metro consists of 3 separate lines, meeting in the middle in the centre of Prague. The three lines are named A (green), B (yellow) and C (red) and you can get almost anywhere by the metro. It is the fastest mean of travel you can use to get around the city. It operates since 4 in the morning until midnight. Here you can find Travel Apps for Visitors in the Czech Republic public transport.
When arriving at Prague airport the easiest and cheapest way to get to the centre of Prague is by public transport. You have to buy ticket for the public transport. It costs CZK 32 (approximately €1,3) for a basic 90 minute ticket. You can use the ticket in trams, buses and also metro. Outside the terminal building you will see bus shelters right in front of you. Go and take bus number 119, which will take you to metro station – Nádraží Veleslavín (green line A). Go to station Můstek, which is located in "Václavské náměstí" square. You can also use a special direct AE (Airport Express) Bus line that will take you to the main train station in the city centre ("Hlavní nádraží"), which is located on the red C metro line. From there you can continue to Corinthia hotel (3 stops). Tickets for AE Bus can be bought directly from the driver for CZK 60 (approximately €2,3).
