Vincenzo Lagani

  Ph.D., is associate professor at the Ilia State University (Tbilisi, Georgia) and Gnosis Data Analysis PC co-founder. His main scientific interest is the development of statistical and machine learning methods for biomedicine and bioinformatics. Specific applications cover biomarkers discovery, patient stratification, integration of omics data, reconstruction of (causal) biological networks, mass-cytometry data analysis. During his career he (co-)authored 30+ scientific publications, and he participated in several international research projects.
