Camera-ready submissions are open

Camera-ready submission steps

  • Log in to easyacademia.org/jckbse2020
  • Check that you are using the Author role (top right next to your name), if not please click on your name and select Author in the popup that will appear
  • Click on the upload full paper link appearing under your submission information
  • The Final submission form will appear; click on the update final paper button appearing on the right, select the ZIP file on your device and click Continue.
  • Check that the ZIP file is correct in the Summary step, and finally click the blue update submission button to send it in.

You can repeat the process while final submissions are open to replace your file if needed.

Account creation

  1. Create account

Visit EasyAcademia and click on Get started to create an account: www.easyacademia.org

  1. Verify your email

An email will be sent to you after account creation, click the link inside to confirm. Check your spam folder if you have not received it within a few minutes.

 

Submission

  1. Log in

Visit www.easyacademia.org/jckbse2020, and log in using the details provided during account creation.

  1. Start a submission

Click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.

  1. Track

Select one of the available tracks (General Sessions or a Workshop) which is most relevant to your submission. More steps will appear after your selection.

  1. Guidelines

Review guidelines and continue.

  1. Title

Enter a title for your contribution.

  1. Abstract

You can type or paste a plain text abstract here (up to 300 words).

  1. Authors

Enter requested details for all co-authors of the contribution. You can add as many authors as needed. One presenter and at least one correspondent must be selected.

  1. Topics

Select a topic most applicable to your submission.

  1. Upload Document

Upload your paper in PDF format by clicking Upload paper and selecting the file on your computer. Make sure that the file is prepared according to the conference standard before uploading.

  1. Summary

Review the entered submission details, and click on Submit Now to finalize. You can click on any step on the left to change details if needed before finalizing your submission.
