The European Workshop of Imagery and Cognition (EWIC) is a scientific meeting that takes place biennially since 1986. It is devoted to the study of the various forms of mental imagery (e.g., visual, auditory, and motor imagery) as well as related topics (e.g., perception, attention, working memory, spatial cognition, and language comprehension) using behavioural methods and neuroscience techniques. The program of the workshop contained oral and poster presentations as well as invited talks by renowned scientists. The 14th EWIC took place in the town of Pafos, Cyprus and was organized by the Experimental Psychology Lab, Department of Psychology, University of Cyprus.
During the workshop, the European Research Council (ERC) organized an information sessionon granting schemes that are relevant to imagery and cognition (e.g., panel SH4, panels related to neurosciences and medical imagery, ERC in HORIZON 2020 etc.)
