All submissions will be reviewed by members of the Conference Scientific Program. Some submissions for talks may be accepted for poster presentations.[\/vc_message][vc_column_text]<strong>Submission Guidelines &#8211; EasyAcademia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submissions are accepted online through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.easyacademia.org<\/a>, where you may register\u00a0and submit your papers in a few minutes. Easy Academia provides a dynamic submission\u00a0process, where more options become available according to your selections.<\/p>\n<p>Please go through the list providing the correct details at each step, so you receive the\u00a0appropriate options at a later stage.<\/p>\n<p>While visiting <a href=\"http:\/\/EasyAcademia.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EasyAcademia.org<\/a>, the preferred browsers are\u00a0Firefox\u00a0or\u00a0Chrome. Internet\u00a0Explorer or other browsers may have compatibility issues, which can prevent you from\u00a0submitting.<\/p>\n<p>Paper Submission Steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create an EasyAcademia account:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/signup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.easyacademia.org\/signup<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent into your email account <strong>Note:<\/strong> Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Log into\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/ewic2018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.easyacademia.org\/ewic2018<\/a>, using the login details you provided at\u00a0the beginning.<\/li>\n<li>Please click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.<\/li>\n<li>Select an appropriate submission format (oral or poster).<\/li>\n<li>Enter the appropriate information in the next steps that will appear (Title, Abstract\u00a0etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Under Authors please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must\u00a0be marked as presenter and \/ or correspondent. <strong>Note:<\/strong> Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information\u00a0regarding the submission.<\/li>\n<li>Upload your abstract as a Word or PDF document in the Upload step<\/li>\n<li>Under Summary you may check the details of the submission.
