At least one author must be marked for each type of role available (presenter, corresponding).<br \/>Note: Only authors marked as correspondents (and the presenter) will receive updates and information regarding the submission.<\/li>\n<li>Under Summary you may check the details of the submission. If you wish to go back to a section in order to change details, just click on the appropriate step on the left.<\/li>\n<li>If you are happy with the summary information, please click on Submit Now to finalize the process. A notification e-mail will be sent to the correspondents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Abstract submission<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The deadline for online submission of abstracts for talks, posters and symposium proposals is <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">March<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\"> 6<\/span> March 18<\/strong>,<strong> 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Instructions on how to submit can be found below.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Talks and posters <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Abstracts of oral and poster presentations must not exceed 300 words.<br \/>They must include the title of the contribution, names of authors and affiliations.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/easyconferences.eu\/ewic2024\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Updated_Abstract-Submission-Form-EWIC-2024.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here<\/a> for submission form.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Symposium proposals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Symposium proposals must not exceed 500 words.<br \/>They must include the title of the symposium, the name(s) of the convenor(s), a rationale, the names of the authors and the titles of individual contributions to the symposium (up to 6 contributions).
