Registration Notes

  • Deadline for presenters April 19, 2024
  • Your paper will be withdrawn if we have not received your payment by April 30, 2024
  • USD 80 late registration fee surcharge for registrations after April 19, 2024

If you are not a member of IAAE, please join at the IAAE membership site.
Membership fee: USD $100 for regular members, USD $40 for student members.

Cancellation policy: if you need to unregister please contact: vasso at easyconferences.eu about refunds.

  • Prior to June 1st, refunds are net of a US$50 transaction fee.
  • NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 1st!

Accommodation and other local services booking

The Organizing Committee has secured preferential rates for the Conference participants. Book your accommodation at these rates through the EasyConferences online booking system.

  • Please note that for a half double room you need to find on your own the other person to share with, and use the shared code provided through www.easyconferences.org. Both persons must select a half-double room and use the same shared code in their registration.
  • The accommodation rates are per night and are inclusive of V.A.T. Breakfast is included.
