REGISTRATION
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

- Every paper accepted at the conference needs an author registered and paid by Oct. 03, 2025 Oct. 10 2025 (updated). One registration covers one paper.
- Cancellation after Oct. 10, 2025 will be subject to a cancellation fee of €50.00
The registration fee covers:
- Participation to the conference
- Access to the full conference proceedings
- Access to lunch buffet for all 3 days of the conference, plated dinner on Tuesday (Nov. 4th) night during the award ceremony
- Access to coffee, soft drinks and refreshments during the conference for all 3 days.
- Does not include dinner for Monday (Nov. 3rd) and Wednesday (Nov. 5th).
