Access to the Live events will be given to all co-authors but each one should register to be able to join the conference.

Registration is mandatory in order to provide the best service to all participants and to be able to control the presentation flow and conference program.

Registration procedure is simple and can be done at a single web page.

Please note that it is important to register to all rooms in order to be able to attend any presentation that you are interested in.

Also note that all 4 rooms (A, B, C & D) will be running for all conference days based on the conference program and the mentioned date & time in the registration page is just the date & time for the first session in that room.

If you forgot to register at one room, or if you are not sure if you choose all rooms, just repeat the registration procedure. It will fail to the rooms that you are already registered at but it will register you to the rooms that you forgot.

Please note that Conference registration is different with the Live event registration that is provided for free.
