REGISTRATION
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is easy to use, secure, and can be completed in a few minutes.
Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book and pay for further services like accommodation (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

**Bachelors, Masters students and PhD students. Student registration requires documentary proof of registered student status (student’s ID or a letter from the Head of Department on the institution’s letter-headed paper) to be sent by email to ewic2024@unicampania.it
*** The Accompanying Person Coffee & Lunch Bundle includes Lunch and Coffee/Tea Breaks. This is only for Accompanying Persons, since Lunches and Coffee Breaks are included in all participant registrations.
At least one author per contribution must register for the conference.
REDUCED = Registration without Social Event
FULL = Registration with Social Event (excursion and social dinner)
SOCIAL EVENT ONLY = Late or Separate booking of event (or accompanying person)
Registration Includes:

Full registration includes participation to the excursion and social dinner:
- Excursion: special visit to the Naples Archaeological Museum (with collections from the Greek, Roman and Renaissance periods, including artifacts from Pompeii, https://mann-napoli.it/en/home-english/)
- Social dinner: in a typical Neapolitan restaurant
Registration Policy:
- One person can attend for each registration
- Registrations cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Registrations are not transferable
