PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Instructions for Oral Presentations
You have fifteen minutes for your presentation. You should time your talk for 10 minutes, which will allow four minutes for questions and discussion and one minute for presenter change-over.
To help the event run smoothly, we ask all speakers to send their slides at least the day before the scheduled talk at the following e-mail address: ewic2024@unicampania.it
Instructions for Symposia
Convenors have five minutes to introduce the symposium. Symposium speakers have 15 minutes for their presentation. They should time their talk for 10 minutes, leaving four minutes for questions and one minute for presenter change-over. At the end, there is a 10-minute general discussion.

Instructions for Poster Presentations
Format of Your Poster: we recommend a size of 120 cm high and 85 cm wide (DIN A0 size).
General instructions: Please put up your poster at the beginning of the day for Poster Session 1 and after the lunch break for Poster Session 2. Poster boards have poster numbers, which correspond with the poster numbers in the scientific program.
Please, take your poster down at the end of the poster session. We will remove and recycle any posters left after the end of the poster session.
