Instructions for Poster Presentations
Flash poster presentations
A flash poster presentation takes place before each poster session. You have one minute to present yourself and what your poster is about.
Please send by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org one slide with: author name(s), title, and whatever you think makes your poster attractive; due by June 4 (in object: first author’s last name and date of presentation).
Format of Your Poster
We recommend a size of 1200 mm high and 850 mm wide (DIN A0 size).
Please put up your poster at the start of the day. Poster boards have poster numbers, which correspond with the poster numbers in the scientific program.
Please, take your poster down at the end of the poster session. We will remove and recycle any posters left after the end of the poster session.
