Registration
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is easy to use, secure, and can be completed in a few minutes.
Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book and pay for further services like accommodation (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

All accepted Conference Contributions must have a physical registration and one Gold Open Access

- Online fees are available for Attendees only.
Workshops:
- Registered participants with Regular/Student FSCD & CADE can attend workshops of both FSCD & CADE without any additional cost. NO SELECTION OF WORKSHOP IS REQUIRED DURING REGISTRATION.
- Registered participants for a workshop can attend any workshop taking place in parallel to the one they selected.
- Registered participants for CADE that would like to register for FSCD workshops will be entitled to a 30€ per workshop/day discount.

Note:
- Regular Conference Fees include: attendance to the conference sessions, conference material, daily coffee breaks, daily lunches, welcome cocktail and conference dinner.
- Student Conference Fees include: attendance to the conference sessions, conference material, daily coffee breaks, daily lunches and welcome cocktail. Conference Dinner is not included and can be purchased in the following Step.
- Regular CADE & FSCD Registration Fees include: attendance to CADE & FSCD conference sessions, workshops, conference material, daily coffee breaks, daily lunches, (2) welcome cocktails and conference dinner.
- Student CADE & FSCD Registration Fees include: attendance to CADE & FSCD conference sessions, workshops, conference material, daily coffee breaks, daily lunches and (2) welcome cocktails. Conference Dinner is not included and can be purchased in the following Step.
- Workshop Fees (conference registration is required) include: attendance to workshop sessions, workshop material, coffee breaks and lunch for the day(s).
- All online fees include access to the online sessions according to registration.
- Student Registration: In order to be accepted with the student fee, valid documentation proving registered student status (student’s ID Card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution) should be sent to: info@easyconferences.eu
