PAPER SUBMISSION
You are invited to submit a short abstract in advance (70 – 150 words), in order to check whether the proposed topic fits within the conference scope or not. Abstract submission is done directly in the papers submission system, without needing special formation.
Before you proceed, please carefully read the templates and guidelines provided as follows.
Conference Templates
Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form (if the paper has accepted), through which the copyright for their paper is transferred to Springer. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper.
It should be noted that once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.”
Guidelines for paper preparation
When preparing your paper, keep these guidelines in mind.
- Explicitly show how the work contributes to the main theme of the conference.
- The research originality: clearly state what is new. The degree of novelty will be one of the major evaluation criteria in the review process. Relate the work to existing previous work in the field.
