International Symposium on Nonparametric Statistics - ISNPS 2026

22-26 June, 2026

Thessaloniki, Greece

WELCOME

Inspired by the success of the previous International Symposia on Nonparametric Statistics held in Chalkidiki (Greece, 2012), Cádiz (Spain, 2014), Avignon (France, 2016), Salerno (Italy, 2018), Paphos (Cyprus, 2022), and Braga (Portugal, 2024), we are delighted to announce that the next International Symposium on Nonparametric Statistics (ISNPS) will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, on June 22–26, 2026.

The venue will be the Grand Hotel Thessaloniki, a landmark conference hotel offering excellent facilities, including 13 fully renovated and multifunctional event halls, providing the ideal setting for both scientific sessions and networking opportunities. Conveniently located in one of Greece’s most vibrant and historic cities, the venue offers participants a perfect balance between professional engagement and cultural exploration.

The symposium will showcase recent advances and emerging trends in all areas of nonparametric statistics and machine learning. Its scientific program will feature plenary lectures by leading experts, special invited sessions, contributed talks, and a dedicated student poster session. To encourage and recognize the contributions of young researchers, a student paper competition will be held within the poster session, with travel support awarded to the winners.

Our goal is to facilitate the exchange of ideas, promote collaboration among statisticians worldwide, and contribute to the ongoing advancement of the field.

We warmly invite you to join us in Thessaloniki for an exciting and inspiring meeting, and we look forward to welcoming you to Greece in June 2026.
