All submitted papers must present research advances and should appropriately follow the purpose and topics of the conference. 

Contributions will be selected based upon their quality as evaluated by the reviewers. An online submission system for contributions will be made available on this webpage soon.

Papers must be comprised of up to 8 pages. All contributions have to be prepared according to the IEEE conference style guidelines. Templates following these guidelines can be downloaded from the IEEE website (use e.g., bare_conf.tex as an example for LaTeX based contribution).

All contributions finally accepted for the conference will be published in the conference proceedings provided that at least one of the authors has registered in time (see also Registration). Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions to Evolving Systems (Springer).
