Camera-copy submission

Please follow the Guidelines below in order to have your accepted paper published in the IEEE EAIS Proceedings

1. CONDITION FOR PUBLISHING in IEEE EXPLORE PROCEEDINGS

AT LEAST ONE FULL Registration is required by the 2nd of April 2018 in order for your paper to be published in the IEEE Explore Proceedings.

2. Please Open, Read and Follow the very Detailed instruction included in the IEEE Xplore file in order to prepare your paper according to the IEEE PDF eXpress format.

In order to do this you will need the details below:

3. VERY IMPORTANT

After you finish the preparation of your paper you will obtain it in the proper format in your disk. The next step is to UPLOAD it in the easyacademia EAIS 2018 submission system as a CAMERA READY paper. We will download it from there in order for the IEEE Proceedings to be produced.

4. EQUALY IMPORTANT NOTICE

The IEEE Explore Copyright form is electronic and unique for each conference. We are in the process of receiving it and we will let you know as soon as it is ready.

Camera-copy Submission Steps

Camera ready submissions are accepted online through www.easyacademia.org.
You should submit your paper by the 24th of March 2018
In order to be included in the proceedings, at least 1 full (non-student) author registration must be made by the 2nd of April, 2018.

STEPS

Important: While visiting EasyAcademia.org, please use Firefox or Chrome. Internet Explorer or other browsers may have compatibility issues which can prevent you from submitting.

• Log in to www.easyacademia.org/eais2018
• Click on the Upload full paper link under the submission you wish to send in the camera-ready paper for.
• The Upload Final Document form will appear. Click on the Update final paper button on the right side and find the file on your device.
• After uploading your file, visit the Summary step and press Update submission to finalize the process.

What to include in the file

You must submit your camera-ready paper in a zip file which will include the following:

• A PDF version of your paper
• A Word (editable) version of your paper
