PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral presentation guidelines:

• Oral presentation may be max 15 minutes and will be followed by 5 minutes for questions (and setting up the next speaker).

Poster guidelines:

• Posters should be in portrait format and A0 size (poster board dimensions are 90 cm width × 120 cm height).
• Adhesive strips to hang up your poster will be provided at the conference. Please do not use other methods, as this may damage the poster boards.
• Conference assistants in the poster area may assist presenters with hanging up or taking down their posters, and can help answer any questions that you may have.
• Presenters are kindly asked to put up their posters on the day of their poster session. Please ensure to take down your poster before the next poster session.
