Welcome Cocktail is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.
The Welcome Cocktail is included in all Registration Fees.
Tour & Conference Dinner

Departure Time: 15:30
Departure From: Venue (Science Congress Center)
We will get together at the lobby of the Venue, from where we will promptly depart in air-conditioned coaches that will drive us to the city. A walking tour with a professional guide follow within the city of Munich.
At 19:00 we will end up at a local restaurant, serving excellent dishes complimented with drinks and desserts, for the conference dinner
