The NH Palermo Hotel is situated in the prettiest part of the city and on the seafront set between the botanical gardens and the castle. It looks out on the Gulf of Palermo, and is just a short walk from the city center. The hotel offers luxurious accommodation with rooms ranging from Standard Rooms to Suites. Each room is elegant and spacious, with decorations ranging from classic to contemporary. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. Hot dishes made to order can also be served. For early risers or guests who have to leave before the buffet opens, the reception can arrange the option of an earlybird breakfast. Opening hours:

Buffet breakfast: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 10:00, Saturday 07:00 - 11:00, Sunday 07:00 -12:00.
I Paladini Restaurant: An elegant restaurant overlooking the swimming pool where guests can enjoy the best in national cuisine as well rich and delicious Mediterranean flavours. Its wine list features a vast selection of Italian wines and the bar offers a wide variety of cocktails and drinks. The opening hours are for Lunch: 12:30 - 14:30 and for Dinner: 19:00 – 22:30.
Lobby Bar: The NH lobby bar is the ideal spot for a glass of wine or a quiet nightcap. It’s open until midnight, and serves a great selection of beers, cocktails and Italian wines. In summer you can sit outside on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Meanwhile, sports fans will like the TVs showing the latest games.
