Our Story

EasyConferences is a Professional Conference Organizer based in Cyprus, a member state of the European Union. The company currently organizes over 50 conferences annually throughout Europe and beyond.

We have developed its online tools including an abstract submission system, an online registration system, and a mobile conference application. In addition, we provide support and services to several Academic Associations including website management, membership management, and secretariat services.

Our client base includes several Academic institutions and Associations from all over the world, many of which are repeat clients year after year.
